The Peoria Housing Authority is issuing an invitation to bid through the unrestricted sealed bid process for replacement of new water and drain lines at 43 of its low rent apartment units located in our Miami, Oklahoma complex.

This project is funded by an Indian Community and Development Block Grant. Bid packets and information may be obtained starting on the 27 th of March, 2025 at our main office, 3606 Sencay Ave, Miami, OK. All bid proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10th , 2025, with the bid opening to follow at 3:30 p.m.
