The Housing Authority of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma is requesting interested contractors or organizations who wish to submit a bid or proposal for the performance of services related to the carrying out of affordable housing activities.
Services include but are not limited to construction, rehabilitation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, painting, roofing, maintenance, appraisal, inspections, office supplies, lead based paint testing and remediation, surveys, and legal.

There is no deadline for submissions. However, submissions not received in a timely manner may prevent an otherwise qualified firm from being able to compete for contract award under certain or previously announced solicitations.
Notice of Native Preference
The Housing Authority of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma is requesting a statement of intent from any interested Indian owned economic enterprises or Indian organizations who wish to submit a bid or proposal. Note that you must have a Tribal membership card from a federally recognized Tribe and be at least 51% owner of the company.

This request is being offered pursuant to the Indian preference requirements as stated in 24 CFR Part 1000. There is no deadline for submissions.
